Simply create an account on our website (right here), and you’ll automatically join the Impulse Club. As a member, you’ll start earning points from your first purchase—or by completing simple actions (like following us on Instagram, signing up for the newsletter, leaving a review, etc.).

Yes: your friend must be a new customer and must place their first order using your referral code or link. Once their order is confirmed, your reward is automatically applied.

You can earn points in a variety of ways:
- 1 point for every €1 spent (= 10% cashback)
- 10 points for creating your account
- 20 points for subscribing to our newsletter or SMS
- 20 points for following us on Instagram
- 20 points for leaving a product review
- 30 points for sharing your referral link in an Instagram story
- 35 points for a photo review
- Birthday bonus 🎁

Go to your loyalty space and choose from the available reward products. Each product shows how many points are required. Just click “Redeem” and enjoy your reward!

For example: 110 points = Protein Bars, 130 points = Creatine, 160 points = Magnesium. Other rewards are available— the more points you earn, the bigger the benefits!

Just log into your usual account (right here). The loyalty program is automatically linked. If you don’t see your points, make sure you've activated your loyalty status from the dedicated interface.

Your point balance is visible in your loyalty space, accessible from your customer account (right here). You’ll also find your full history of earned and redeemed points.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. You’ll receive a reminder email before they expire.

Your status (Athlete, Performer, or Elite) is valid for 1 year from the moment it’s earned. It is automatically reassessed based on your cumulative points.

If you cancel or return an order, the points earned from that purchase will automatically be deducted from your balance.

Most points are credited instantly, but some actions (like leaving a review or sharing a story) may take up to 5 days for validation.

Absolutely! You can add free products earned with your loyalty points and still benefit from active discount codes and promos at checkout.

Once redeemed, rewards must be used within 30 days (unless otherwise noted). After that, they will expire.

Nope! You can combine multiple rewards in a single order, subject to stock availability and specific conditions tied to each reward.
