During the effort, the ELECTROLYTES allow you to stay hydrated and maintain a good mineral balance, essential to performance.
After training, the GLYCINE strengthens your joints and ligaments for an effective recovery.
On a daily basis, the SPIRULINA helps you stay fit throughout the day by reducing fatigue, without going through the peak and slump phases.
Tip: Continue eating normally, especially complex carbohydrates (pasta, rice, root vegetables). Maltodextrin complements, but does not replace, your diet.
Hydrate yourself properly at the same time, because maltodextrin can increase water requirements. On the day of the event, a final intake 1 to 1.5 hours before the start (around 300 to 500 ml) can be beneficial, but only if you are used to it.
